TECH Loose Wool EX este o rolă de vată minerală de bazaltică vrac, cu un conținut aproape nul de substanțe organice, destinată izolării în zone cu risc de explozie, de exemplu în contact cu oxigen lichid, cum ar fi în cold boxes, unități de separare a aerului etc., conform standardelor de aplicație precum AGI Q 118 și specificațiilor furnizorilor de gaze industriale, precum Linde, Air Liquide, Air Products. Performanța termică va depinde de densitatea umplerii și de orientarea fibrelor în raport cu fluxul de căldură.
